Adding more diversity to the Board of Directors, Kenyan gemstone miner Miriam Wairimu Kamau was welcomed to the Board, and immediately began a movement to consider Kenya as a possible Congress in the near future. Most recently voted one of 100 Top Women in Mining, Kamau, owner of Mimo Gem Traders, has been an ICA Ambassador to Kenya, and ICA member since 2009.
