Ioannis Alexandris, CEO of Gemolithos and Chairman of the ICA Communications Committee has just confirmed the sale of a rare 13.88 ct fancy intense yellowish green natural diamond (VS2), which GIA stated is the largest it has graded as of 2018. It was dubbed the Green Lantern by the owner, who has been very discreet since its purchase in 2019 and has not disclosed its price. It is featured in an upcoming book by Alexandris, so the owner feels that this important colored stone should go down in the annals of fancy color diamonds.
